Web Based Estate Checkroll automation and MIS Reports System For C-Systems

Abstract

Checkroll process in cultivation industry was done in traditional manual book keeping systems. As the daily volume of data was huge, it was becoming more and more difficult to handle the work manually. These procedures were high costing and time consuming processes, and caused high degree of errors during the process. After deep requirement analysis, the system has been developed to process huge data volumes. Proposed system gives various types of reports to analyze previous data in a meaningful way. Goal of this project was to develop a highly available web based solution for current problems faced by management in gathering data with respect to work and salary calculation process, as well as generating various types of reports for analyse previous data. Proposed system gives simple screens to feed data to the system. Salary calculation process has successfully been implemented with automated incentive and deduction processes as well as reporting module. Because of those reasons, the new system had to be developed by C-Systems using new technologies to overcome the problems that they faced in the working environment. System has been designed using Object oriented analysis, design methodology, C# with Asp.net and technology has been chosen as the development technology, which makes the System highly reliable and maintainable.
