Abstract: Zenss Global is a well recognized software company in Sri Lanka which has three branches. At present all the machines (servers, desktops and laptops) are handling and maintaining by manually. Therefore with this project, it can improve and maintain the standards, quality and efficiency of the machine management. The entire system divides in to three sub systems, such as Admin module, Machine module and Client module. This project covered all the functionalities of the machine management. This company has lot of servers with Linux and Windows Operating system. Other than those this company has lot of employees and they are using lap tops and desktop machines in their day to day work. Main goal is to monitor all the servers and machines at Zenss Global. This automated system will provide a suitable way to minimize all manual work at Zenss Global. System was developed according to the three-tier architecture and also Object Oriented techniques were employed. Unified Modeling Language was used in the analysis and design stages of the project. This dissertation illustrates all the work carried out during the each phase of the project. Each chapter will consist of required details in order to understand the project with the help of appropriate figures, graphs and reports. Through achieving functional and non-functional objectives of the project, this system gives a smooth functioning procedure with user friendly environment.
