Peoples and companies buy those products to track work related tasks and several of purposes. It is very important managing and monitoring tasks daily for any software development company. All the billable hours of tasks and project estimations depend on it. In addition, it will help to measure the performance of employees. This software solution provide mainly consists of, web site for Cadenza IT and its staff and management to easily doing day today tasks and generating management reports. They also can be accessed this website anywhere from internet browser, at the office, in a different office, at home, on-site, in a hotel, or wherever. Also it?s available 24-7 round the clock, round the world and users will relate to working in a smarter more effective way. These advances and the accompanying benefits can be achieved through the use of web based task management solution software. This project attempts to address this need by developing a system that can facilitate to Cadenza IT company users to provide better staff task tracking. This project is on handling the functions of task tracking in a software company via web. In this solution we have used OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts and RDBMS concepts to achieve these goals. Coding is done by using Microsoft C#.NET 2008 programming language and Microsoft SQL server 2005 as the Database as well as the SQL server 2005 reporting services as a report generating tool in this solution. There may be a question whether the goals have been accomplished successfully. Throughout this dissertation it gives the necessary information that led for the successful completion of the project.
