Online Inventory Controlling System Seylan Bank PLC

Abstract

Seylan bank is a leading financial organization in the current money market. Therefore the existing management is looking forward to stream line their functional applications. Existing manual inventory controlling system is a major bottleneck in competing businesses with other banks. The proposed system will eliminate manual system by simple web base solution where relevant functions will assign to the relevant logging levels. There will be system user and a supervisor in every branch. Supervisor will be responsible for the inventory items in a particular branch. Inventory administrator will assign user categories and which user can access which functionalities of the system will be decided by inventory administrator. It was decided to use VS 2008 team edition and SQL server 2005 full package on top of windows 7/vista. Designing will be based on Object Oriented Approach. Finally, testing will be carried out by the end users, according to the approved test plan.
