Service Management and Inventory Control System for Bullion Auto AC Services

Abstract

Bullion Auto AC Service is a firm, providing vehicle air condition servicing facility to many of the vehicles around Maharagama area. Currently they are faced with a problem of inefficient and inappropriate information gathering and tracking. They do not have a proper tracking systems or an information system. Hence they are unable to keep track of neither their clients nor their past and future appointments. Further, Bullion Auto AC Service s inventory control system is a manual system which does not include a proper method to maintain supplier information, thus cause much inefficiency. The scope of the project is to critically analyze the current system and provide an efficient information system, supporting customer and auto air condition service tracking and inventory controlling along with more supporting functions that will help the organization to provide their clients with a better service. The system will be developed using .NET framework and MySql database that will run on a Windows based personal computer.
