Abstract: Hand Gesture Recognition is a system will be developed to manipulate real-time computer based application. The purpose of the development is to control computer based Video Game applications with the use of Image Processing and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) technologies. This investigation starts with a domain research to mainly concern on hand gesture and computer game applications. Hand gesture is study that describes how hands are been manipulated in the real world and what makes it user-friendly. Computer game research is a study that describes how computer games are approached by the users and how it is been improved from the resent passed. This leads to an investigation about hand gestures to computer games.
