dc.description.abstract | Molecular Docking is a critical problem, which is known as a NP-hard problem due to its large search space. AutoDock which is a open source molecular docking tool was critically analyzed to understand the molecular docking procedure. With much attention the Genetic Algorithm used by AutoDock was analyzed and alternative hybrid search optimization algorithms were integrated with AutoDock to gain better docking results. | en_US |
