Authors: Silva, J.A.C.J.
Issue Date: 19-Dec-2013
Abstract: All the functional activities in the World Wide Web have been converging and going towards the concept called Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) because of the powerfulness that it has. This revolution directly e ects to generate new ideas in the mind of people who involve in researches under the pervasive computing paradigm and GIS. Meantime, service emergence is another useful and powerful concept under the SOA. There are more sophisticated service emergence applications and frameworks that are developed by various people and research groups, but still there is no good framework that goes with the geo-spatial information. So it is valuable to build service emergence framework with combination of the geo-spatial data. Moreover, this objective is able to further enhance with the involvement of the open source peer to peer network technology called \JXTA-SOAP", which supports peer to peer web service sharing. We propose a design and framework for the \Location-Aware Web Service on a P2P Mobile Network" with the capabilities of service ltering and map rendering combination with other service utility methods.
