Authors: Lakmal, H.P.C.
Issue Date: 19-Dec-2013
Abstract: This research focuses on attempt to build a system which will be capable of calibrating a multimedia projector to its projection canvas area without more user interaction by pressing a button or by typing a command. Still projector menus gives us very less controls such as keystone correction rotate zoom etc but still auto focus, color corrections, height adjustments kind of things are very rarely on the menu of the many projectors. We focused on these available functions of most projectors. This system built on available technology with less expensive electronic equipments to minimize the cost and is thus relevant for third-world countries. We are more focusing on improve the students and lectures life in local higher educational institutes. But is also possible to use in business or enterprise areas it will impact economic because of saving time is a major concern of a business process.
