dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project is to provide a solution to the Entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises providing services to customers in specific geographical areas to reach their target audience in a cost effective and efficient manner. Entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises providing services to customers in specific geographical areas face difficulties reaching their target audience with their limited budgets. The public who are interested in these services also find it difficult to contact a service provider. The solution for this problem is to develop a web site that function as an advertising platform focused on services. The solution is developed by adapting the popular agile methodology variant called Test-Driven Development. The solution is modelled using UML and OOP. database system chosen for the solution is a RDBMS. The website is able to adapt to various display form factor by employing various technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, etc;en_US
