Abstract: Effort of this research is made to study the use of technology to improve interaction between the vendors and the consumers in an automated manner. An extensive study was carried out to find how web and mobile technologies can use for communication and lower use of resources in handling invoices. New technological advancements in computing technology can be effectively utilized in order to bring a tiered business networkto one invoicing platform. The platform is conceptualized and designed to overcome problems of Horana Meter Taxi Company as the case study. The company needs procedures to bring all invoicing practices in to one common standard and get controlled by a central point. Also research enlightens number of openings which can get through such platform to any small and medium enterprise. The research describesby what means does the particular client organization get advancements over the platform.It defines with implementing the webbased service would end up in achieving vast amounts of profits.Apart from profits this proposed solution would provide more value added services towards the general public since it provides a web based Invoice and Finance Control Platform which will provide a continue (24 hour) service that maximizes the accessibility. The procedure is designed to build exploits for main common issues of having manual, stand alone or regular web basedinvoicing system. Reports are generated using dynamic data-flowanalysis in combination with a decision procedure. In conclusion, in this thesis it is reasoned that important advantages, both theoretical and practical, of using internet based invoicing platform in a hierarchical business entity.
