Abstract: This project was developed to automate the manual work done by the users of the Coop Channel & Medical Centre. The employees identified that responding to patient and other users inquiries and complains is difficult. The management found difficulties in the case of an illegal conduct & to take decisions due to lack of adequate and appropriate information Therefore this system facilitates to quickly respond for patient inquiry. It provides necessary information to the management to take decisions. The application developed for the above purpose provides a fully functional automated system on maintain Patient Enquiry, Consultants Enquiry, Appointments Scheduling, Patient Registration, Out Patient Management, OPD Billing, Payment Handling and management reports. There are three main types of users where they are authorized and authenticated by the container and provided functionalities depending on their role. So this kind of architecture ensures security, accuracy, reliability, robustness, confidentiality and user friendly. The technologies used in this project are Microsoft .NET frame work and ASP.NET with C# programming language. The storage is based on Microsoft SQL Server Database. Furthermore this report describes about the quality and acceptance of user interfaces, major code & module structures, test plans & reports, discussion of results of the system and the discussion about the further amendments that can be made to the system. It comprises relevant design, system and user documents and finally the client certificate.
