Abstract: Interconnecting people? is a fundamental aspect of Internet and World Wide Web. With the exponential popularity of Internet, interconnections between people all around the world have become to a very advanced and high-level standard. People are encouraged to focus on new dimensions to enhance global interactions through Internet. The vast expansion of this has end up with not only connecting people but also sharing people?s emotions, passion and creativity. Virtual Social Gatherings are conducted through Internet for people who have common interests. Music is a universal language?. Regardless of religion, nationality, cast, creed or culture people can feel any kind of music which belongs to a vast variety of music genres. Therefore Internet and WWW should be the exact solution to create international ground for music loved people all around the world. The ultimate purpose of this system was to build a common platform for the music related people, while providing a bundle of services and functionalities through a single entity of web based system which is called as Music Portal?. Professional musicians will be able to create music profiles to publish their professional portfolio. Online music competitions will be conducted for musicians to enhance interactivity between each other. A discussion forum and online feedback mechanism has developed in order to create communication bridge between professional musicians and music fans. PHP has used as the development language and MySQL has used as the Data Base Management System. Adobe Dream Viewer was the web development framework which has used for the system. Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop has used as web design tools. Visual Paradigm has used as the modeling tool to draw diagrams which has used to model the system design. XHTML and AJAX techniques also were used. System has developed according to the three-tier architecture and also XAMPP web server package has used for the system.
