Abstract

DJ home design is a Drafting services provider which is currently running all their processes and procedures manually. They have decided to improve their commercial value and adapt to the new technology in order to provide better service to their customers. Currently DJ Home Designs has one main branch; thus, the customers and the organization have difficulties of maintaining good interaction with each other. The DJ home design also has decided to expand the scope of their business by providing House selling and renting services through this website. This online service will be facilitating both customers and property owners, by allowing the owners to advertise their homes on the web and the customers can select a home which fulfills their needs most. So then they will get the best solution for their residence problems. This Online Residence solutions & Client Interaction Management System will serve the customers who want to buy a ready made home or who want to design a home according to their requirements. So this online solution for DJ homes will facilitate the customers & the business immensely. The main tasks of this project, such as advertising houses, Communicate house design requirements, Assigning design jobs to Associate Draftsmen, Monitoring those jobs and Managing interactions among Draftsmen and clients are performed on line through the web-based system. Those are the main considerable functions of this project. Other than that, there are several functions that contribute our system to improve. System functionalities and capabilities are described further in late chapters in this report. The proposed web based Residence solutions and Client Interaction Management System will be developed using PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor, which is a powerful server-side scripting language, and Apache as the web server. MySQL will be used as the Database Management System.
