Abstract

The main business preface of Sakisa Truck body Builders is manufacturing and reconstructing vehicle bodies such as lorry bodies, three-wheel bodies, container bodies, tealeaf bodies etc. Up to date, all the internal business processes of the company including documenting, report generating, invoicing is done and maintained manually. The company?s main goal is to vanquish the business competitors and become the market leader of business arena. Therefore, the top management needed an automated system, which will help to increase the no of customers and the company profit which are the ultimate targets of the business, by enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and the quality of the business processes and procedures. Aluminum body, Half body, Tealeaf body, Container body, Propaganda body, Bakery body, Three-wheel body and Accident repair are some of the services they provide to their customers. The proposed system will address the following three prime sections, User registration, Order processing and Sales management. For the implementation of the system, some of the popular and very efficient approaches, techniques and methods have been used. RUP-rational unified process for system development, Object oriented approach, PHP.HTML, CSS, XML for technical requirement and WAMP environment for developing purpose are some of them. Each and every milestone processes and procedures which are includes in the client requirement specification are been defined clearly. These have been broadly described and illustrated using appropriate figures, graphs, diagrams and reports within the dissertation. Normally the system should perform Functional and Non functional requirements. Therefore when, heading towards these two challenges, system will be more user friendly because of very clear, smooth procedures. Accordingly I assure that this system will be able to create a very cost effective and much profitable environment and ease of working/processes/procedures in this company, which will lead company to its ultimate best in almost every sector.
