Title: EASYLAND REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR BSP CONSTRUCTION

Abstract: BSP Construction recently began their real estate business and currently they use only a manual system in project handling. With the expanding of business, it has been complicated to handle large number of customers, loan information, and land and property information manually. To obtain the reputation by providing a better customer service, the company expects to provide a more efficient service. The Goal of this project is to develop a highly reliable and efficient solution for the current problems faced by the management and the members. By providing user friendly interfaces to entire project users will be able to handle information efficiently in the system. Providing solution supports to create a budget for each project and officers can estimate block prices by base on these information. There is a well-planned reporting system designed according to client s requirements to provide management information in providing solution. This system has been designed using UML methodologies. Progress 9.1D has been used as the development language. Progress, the procedural 4GL Language has been designed to present business processes as efficiently as possible, saving significant time in the programming process. Progress 4GL also helps increase productivity by allowing developers to create one set of code that can be deployed on multiple platforms. The proposed system has been developed to cater all the above-mentioned needs. Solutions for the problems in most common business operations such as allotment, budgeting, reservation, payment handling have been provided and also some special features such as reminder generation, Overdue interest calculation are automated in this system. Reports are generated covering different views, which improve decision making of both management and members. The members are given the opportunity to be alert about their duties by the notification service. It is believed that the advanced features mentioned above would be helpful for the betterment of company.
