Abstract: Gunarathna & Sons is a well known association which has been doing Sales & Sales Force in the Central Province. They have 2-3 branches and Sales force to distribute the items island wide. So they need a solution for Sales Force Management and doing Sales transactions. Apart from the view point of executives, the representatives who are engaged with an organization s sales stream are also challenged with the competitiveness and elevated technologies around the sales businesses. Sales Force is one of the most important functions of the client company. The company makes revenue through the sales functions. A Sales Force management system should capture all the sales force related data and it should process and give correct information to the management. In this process e Seller will work as a supporting tool to the company management and it will allow planning, executing, monitoring and controlling of sales force activities. It had been automated the most essential activities such as Target Management and Commission Management which have been conducted by the sales people in an organization. The executive activities such as managerial reports analysis, which generally have been originated by the sales managers also, had been automated. Unified Modeling Language (Rational Unified Process (RUP)) was used for System Modeling of this Project .System will be developed based on Object Oriented Design and Development, Domain Driven & N-tier Architecture. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 has used to implement the system in ASP C# .NET language with the help of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 in the Web environment. This document includes information about, achieving functional and non-functional objectives of Gunarathna & Sons. This system will be helpful to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Client with user friendly environment. They have to get more benefit and giving better service for their customers.
