WEB BASED CLUB & ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SYTEM ON THE CLOUD

Abstract

MyClub is club & association management system over the cloud. Nowadays WWW become the most famous thing in the world. In this system provide web based solution for all the club & associations to maintain their member detail, handling election, projects & donations. Any of authorized members can logon to system at anyway in the world with internet facility and they can interact with the system. Use object oriented concept for the designing of this project and for the development open source technology. Both are current famous technologies & concepts for software development. For the system implementation eclips is usedand JSP (Java Server Pages) and Servlets are used with spring & hibernate frameworks as the development languages of the system. Handling the database of the system is carried out using the MySQL. Openarc System Management, a leading software company in Sri Lanka is the client of this project and excepted features are Membership registry, online voting system, Events and Association Project Handling. These facilities are provided in the system with user friendly screens to define the data, to update transactions and for monitoring, with appropriate security functions. Finally I expert to provide user-friendly, error free product for managing club activities & increase their productivity by the system.
