Job Monitoring System For Ecom Solution (Pvt) Ltd.

Abstract

Ecom Solution Pvt Ltd is fast growing IT Solution Company. It was established in 2001 April as partnership company to provide services in web based Solution provider and reseller of computer systems and Peripherals. Now they have extended their services to Network and Server solutions and as a IT Maintenance company aswell. At present most of the management operations and Administration activities have been done by a manual system. Acording to current situation analysis of ESPL faces many difficulties with regard to Job monitoring and assigning jobs for technicians in their daily operations. Therefore with this project I expect to improve the efficiency, standard, and quality of there services by automated Job Monitoring System. Job Monitoring System will provide good assistant to ESPL operation and management, with User friendly interface with precise managing structure. New system will assist management to monitor job status, manage technical staff efficiently with quick customer response.most important facility of the system will be that it provides easy analyzing facilities and different views for management. In respect of security, system will provides user authentication and protect data integrity by implementing user level data assessing facilities. System consists of two modules as Job inquiry and Purchase. In addition it provides facility to check job status, assigned technicians which are most important to take administration decesions. It will update all the job details, customer details, supplier details, work load for a technician, and provide all function task reports for responsible management. System will develop using Object Oriented techniques, and Unified Modeling language was used in the analysis and design stage of the project. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 will be use to implement the system in C # language with the help of Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 in the Windows environment.
